March Break Camp- Dungeons & Dragons
Dates: March 13th-17th, 9am-4pm
Ages: 8-15
Price: Full 5 Day's - $399 +HST
Dungeons & Dragons is a structured, fantasy-based tabletop role playing game. D&D is a game that never ends, anything and everything is possible. How far can your imagination take you?
Camps are a great way for kids to have fun, learn valuable life lessons and make new friends!
Over the course of the camp, campers will learn:
Being a good teammate
Communication skills
D&D basics
Exploring different characters, roles and overall game play
Getting familiar and proficient at movement & control
Discussing real-world events in a respectful and engaging way

Arrival & Morning Meeting
9:30 AM - 11:30 AM
Morning Sessions - Team building, health, nutrition, communication skills and more led by Gaming Corner coach & staff member
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
Lunch Break & Free Time
1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Afternoon Session - Practice game-related skills and strategies led by Gaming Corner coach & staff member
Additional Details:
Groups will be formed with 3-6 players per game depending on number of registrants.
Lunch Options:
1) Please have your child bring a bag lunch that is peanut-free.
2) You may also pre-purchase onsite lunch options, $50+Hst.
Before & After Care Options:
Before Care Hours: 8:00-9:00 @ $15+HST
After Care Hours: 16:00-17:30 @ $20+HST

Registration Waiver
By clicking submit I agree that I am the lawful parent(s) and/or guardian(s) of the above-named Child, hereby consent to the participation by the Child in teaching the activities curriculum, programs, and care conducted by Sterling Spaces Inc., doing business as Gaming Corner, and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and authorized personnel (collectively, the “Provider”), and to the participation of the Child in all events related to said Program.
In the event of a medical emergency, the Program staff will first use reasonable efforts to contact the parent(s) and /or guardian(s) before administering or authorizing any treatment. However, Parent understands that Provider does not have medical personnel available at the Facility. Parent agrees and hereby grant Provider permission to authorize emergency medical treatment, if necessary, to Child. Parent understands and agree that Provider assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage which might arise out of or in connection with such authorized emergency medical treatment. Parent further states that there are no undisclosed health-related reasons or problems which preclude or restricts Child from undertaking the Program, and that Child has adequate health insurance to provide for and pay any medical costs that may be attendant as a result of injury to Child. Parent further acknowledges that it is Parent’s sole responsibility to notify, inform, and update Provider of any medical conditions of Child, including but not limited to known drug and food allergies, known dietary restrictions, and other medical conditions.
Cancellations prior to 7 days of the camp start will be given either a refund less $55 administrative fee or credit to one future camp of same or lesser value. Cancellations within 7 days of camp start are 50% of the cost less the administration fee.
In exchange for the payment(s), assumptions of risk, releases of liability, and/or waivers of liability described below, Provider agrees to provide camp experience for school age students. Provider reserves the right to dismiss any child or student that violates the rules of conduct for the Program. Grounds for dismissal shall be as determined in the sole discretion of Provider, and such dismissal shall not relieve Parent of any duties or payment obligations already incurred, nor entitle Parent to any refund. Furthermore, the Program requires active participation of Child in accordance with the Program’s curriculum.
Payment for the Program(s) listed above shall be payable and responsible for the full cost as advertised at time of season play less any applicable discounts.
